Pi Day

Yummy quiche pie my wife made to celebrate Pi Day! Love her connecting all things with the divine as well – she’s so cool! 🙂

Pi (3.14159265 . . .) is the mathematical term that expresses the circumference of a circle as a ratio of slightly more than three times the diameter of a circle. Diameter recalls the linear nature of time as we experience and perceive it. That the circumference is about three times the diameter, but not exactly—and slightly more, but cannot be determined precisely as it is irrational—that is, never repeats, never terminates—echoes the Trinity: more-than, irrational, real while unending. The diameter to circumference ratio is constant—always true no matter how small or large. A beautiful number. A beautiful relationship. Happy Pi Day!
